The business spokesperson for Reform asserts that their policies would reduce costs and curb inflation. However, in reality, the agenda seems aimed at shifting power away from the general public and back into the hands of unethical employers and landlords. The targets of their proposals include sick pay, parental leave, protection against unjust dismissal, bereavement leave, flexible working arrangements, and guaranteed hours for those on precarious contracts.
