Under AppleCare One, users can receive repair services or up to three replacement devices per year for accidental damage, loss, or theft. This new offering enhances the existing benefits of AppleCare+, which includes unlimited accidental damage repairs, battery servicing, and 24/7 priority access to Apple support. The key advantage of AppleCare One is the ability to cover multiple devices with a single subscription, potentially leading to significant cost savings compared to individual plans.
Furthermore, AppleCare One extends coverage to devices up to four years old, as long as they are in good condition. This flexibility allows customers to protect their existing devices without the usual 60-day limit after purchase. Apple emphasizes the convenience of adding older eligible products to the plan, promoting a hassle-free experience for users.
Moreover, the subscription adapts seamlessly to device upgrades. When a covered device is traded in for a new one from Apple, the old device is automatically removed from the plan, and the new device is added without additional steps.
