Britain is prepared to assist its allies in intercepting Russian shadow vessels that are financing Vladimir Putin’s military operations, as stated by the Foreign Secretary. Cooper expressed concerns about Russian shadow fleet activities in British waters and advocated for a more vigorous response to counter these actions.
