“Three Tourists Fatally Shot Near Florida Vacation Rental”

National"Three Tourists Fatally Shot Near Florida Vacation Rental"

Three tourists were fatally shot near their vacation rental property in Florida in what authorities suspect was a random assault. The victims were identified as brothers Robert Kraft, 70, from Michigan, and Douglas Joseph Kraft, 68, from Ohio, along with their friend James John Puchan, 68, also from Ohio. The incident occurred after their vehicle broke down in Kissimmee, Florida, close to Disney World.

Law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting at Indian Point Circle around 12:14 pm on Saturday. Upon arrival, the police discovered the three men deceased with gunshot wounds in a yard and immediately called for backup. Ahmad Jihad Bojeh, 29, was apprehended at his residence about an hour after the shooting incident.

Sheriff Christopher Blackmon described the incident as cold-blooded and premeditated, emphasizing that it was a random act with no prior conflicts between the victims and the suspect. Bojeh was arrested for the murders, and authorities assured that there was no ongoing threat to the community.

During a search of Bojeh’s residence, firearms were found, prompting forensic tests to determine if they were used in the killings. The victims had reportedly extended their stay at the rental property due to car trouble, while another individual who was with them had departed the day before.

Details about the tourists’ activities in the area and the duration of their stay remain unclear. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrest of Bojeh and stated that he faces three counts of murder for the tragic incident.
