InternationalStreamer Dies During Cocaine Challenge for Paying Viewers

A tragic incident unfolded as a streamer passed away while engaging in a live challenge that involved cocaine and alcohol for a select group of paying viewers. Sergio Jimenez Ramos was found deceased in his room, kneeling with his body stiff and his head resting on the mattress, clutching his phone. His family discovered an almost empty whisky bottle, two energy drink cans, and a stack of cocaine on a red tray in the room.

During the distressing event, observers watching via webcam were heard questioning Sergio’s progress, urging him to finish the whisky bottle. Emergency services responded to the scene at the family residence in Vilanova i la Geltrú, near Barcelona, where Sergio, aged 37, was pronounced dead on the early hours of December 31.

Investigators suspect that Sergio lost his life during a private video session where subscribers paid to witness him consume a bottle of whisky and six grams of cocaine in less than three hours. Sergio had previously faced bans from various public streaming platforms for breaching drug consumption policies.

In October, he began participating in live broadcasts and private video sessions organized by streamer Simón Pérez Golarons, known for extreme online activities. Simón mentioned that Sergio joined the group after observing their activities. Recalling the night of Sergio’s passing, Simón mentioned the quantity of drugs consumed by Sergio, denying any responsibility for the tragic outcome.

Reports indicate that Sergio had a history of substance abuse and was undergoing psychiatric treatment. His family is seeking justice, and authorities are investigating donations made to Sergio’s account to identify those involved. Friends of Sergio condemned the individuals who provided the drugs and alcohol, blaming them for exploiting the situation.
