Sky is currently offering a special promotion where customers with Essential TV packages can receive a free upgrade to the more comprehensive Sky Ultimate TV option. This offer includes an additional 35 channels at no extra cost and is available until October 16.
The upgraded channels feature popular content like Sky Max, Sky Crime, Sky Documentaries, U&Gold, and Comedy Central. Sky confirmed this promotion in an email to Mirror Online, stating that Essential TV customers can access the upgraded channels for free during the specified period.
Some of the highlighted shows included in the upgraded package are the final series of Brassic, BAFTA-winning Mr Bigstuff, The Paper on Sky Max, The Office on Sky Comedy, FBI, and Fire Country on Sky Witness.
Customers subscribed to Sky’s Essential TV bundle will automatically see the upgraded channels on their screens. If they wish to continue with the expanded selection, they can upgrade to Sky Ultimate TV for an additional monthly fee of just £3.
In addition to Sky, Virgin Media is also offering complimentary access to channels like Sky Kids, Cartoon Network, and Baby TV throughout October. This promotion allows viewers to enjoy popular shows such as Pip and Posy’s Spooktacular Party, The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Peppa Pig without any subscription fees during the October half-term.
