In a posthumous memoir, Virginia Giuffre made chilling allegations that are likely to alarm parents. Despite her young age of 41 at the time of her suicide in April 2025, her book “Nobody’s Girl,” released in October 2025, recounts how she was manipulated by Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein while working at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida as a teenage spa attendant.
Maxwell, now imprisoned for sex trafficking, reportedly approached Virginia under the pretense of hiring her as a masseuse for Epstein. Virginia claimed that their intentions quickly turned dark as she was coerced into a world of exploitation where she was compelled to engage in sexual activities with influential men.
Among the disturbing encounters listed by Virginia was an alleged rape by a prominent politician that left her injured. Notably, she accused Prince Andrew, previously known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, of sexually abusing her on multiple occasions in 2001.
Despite the mounting scrutiny surrounding his association with Epstein, Prince Andrew has consistently denied all accusations against him. Virginia recounted harrowing experiences of abuse and degradation, highlighting a pivotal moment when she realized she had to escape the torment she was ensnared in.
In her memoir, Virginia detailed how Epstein and Maxwell pressured her to bear Epstein’s child and relinquish all parental rights to him. This disturbing proposition led Virginia to question if they intended to groom the child for future abuse.
After breaking free from the abusive situation, Virginia married and settled in Australia. Drawing from her traumatic past, she became an advocate for sex trafficking survivors and established the non-profit organization, Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR), to empower survivors and combat sex trafficking.
In 2022, Maxwell was sentenced to twenty years in prison for her involvement in sex trafficking and other crimes related to Epstein. Epstein, a convicted sex offender, died in prison in 2019 under circumstances deemed a suicide.
