“Darts Player Luke Littler Condemns Fan’s Inappropriate Behavior”

Sports"Darts Player Luke Littler Condemns Fan's Inappropriate Behavior"

Luke Littler expressed frustration over the inappropriate behavior of a fan who forcefully grabbed him while he was taking photos in Prague before the Czech Open tournament. The 18-year-old darts player is in Prague to compete against Cameron Menzies for a prize pool of £30,000.

Upon arriving at his hotel, Littler was approached by a group of fans seeking pictures with the renowned darts champion. While he initially accommodated some fans, he was upset when one fan grabbed him as he tried to leave. Taking to social media, Littler criticized the fan for not asking politely for a photo instead of grabbing him abruptly.

Littler highlighted that there was no justification for the fan’s physical contact and rebuked the same fan for accusing him of bad behavior. He emphasized the importance of respecting personal space and expressed disappointment over the incident.

This incident adds to the challenges Littler has faced, including receiving negative treatment from fans in various darts events. Despite encountering hostility in previous tournaments, Littler remains committed to his career, with upcoming participation in the German Darts Championship alongside esteemed players like Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen, and Stephen Bunting. The championship is scheduled to commence on October 17 in Heidenheim, featuring a prize money of £175,000.
