A father tragically lost his life in a car accident, leaving his family devastated. Stephen Jones, aged 33, sustained severe injuries in a collision on Christmas Eve and passed away on January 3. His partner, a 34-year-old woman, is currently in stable condition in the hospital, while their eight-year-old son suffered minor injuries and is receiving care from relatives.

A 32-year-old man from Liverpool was arrested at the crash site and is being investigated for causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
