Amazon has reduced the prices of Apple TV, Paramount+, and MGM+ by up to 60% to celebrate the beginning of its latest Prime Day sale. The e-commerce giant launched a site-wide sales event on Tuesday (June 23), offering subscriptions for several prominent streaming services starting at £2.99.
As part of the sale, Amazon customers can now subscribe to Apple TV for half price at £4.99 per month, down from the regular £9.99. Subscribers locking in this deal will enjoy the discounted rate for two months before it reverts to the standard £9.99 unless canceled.
Similarly, MGM+, which features content like “Project Hail Mary,” is now priced at £2.99 for two months, reduced from £5.99, while Paramount+ is available for £2.99 for one month, down from £7.99. These discounted rates are valid until July 2, coinciding with the kickoff of Amazon’s Prime Day 2026 sale.
During June 23-26, Prime members can access exclusive discounts on thousands of items, with a Prime 30-day free trial also available for non-members. Additionally, Prime Video is offering free trials for Lionsgate+, Studiocanal Presents, and Crunchyroll.
It is important to note that both the discounted streaming subscriptions and free trials will automatically transition to standard paid subscriptions at the end of the promotional period. Subscribers should remember to cancel before the end of the discounted or free trial period to avoid being charged the regular rate.
In a separate offer, Sky is bundling streaming subscriptions with its TV packages at no extra cost. Customers signing up for the £24 Ultimate TV bundle can enjoy complimentary access to Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+, along with approximately 135 channels including Sky Atlantic.
For Apple TV viewers, the platform has released acclaimed titles this year, such as the comedy horror “Widow’s Bay,” boasting a remarkable 98% Rotten Tomatoes score. The second season of “Sugar,” a neo-noir detective series starring Colin Farrell, has also recently premiered.
Other popular series available for streaming on Apple TV include Ted Lasso, Severance, and Slow Horses. New subscribers can opt for a seven-day free trial when signing up directly on the platform.
MGM+ subscribers can enjoy hit titles like “Project Hail Mary,” while Paramount+ members have access to shows like “The Agency” and “Dutton Ranch” at the discounted rate of £2.99.
